NEW FAT FLUSH WATER!~
~ old fat flush water recipe has been IMPROVED! YAY!!
~This recipe is made using a TWO GALLON pitcher, so if you only have a one gallon pitcher, just cut the recipe in half.
~Ingredients~
~2 Ruby Red Grapefruit
~2 Tanergines
~1 Lemon
~1 Lime
~1 Cucumber
~1 Fuji Apple
~Fresh Mint Leaves to flavor

~1 Lime

~Fresh Mint Leaves to flavor
~Peel, slice, core all fruits (If wanted, some of the fruit I peel and some I don’t. The lemon, lime and grapefruit can be a pain to get the rind of off so I normally just leave it on them)
~Place all ingredients into the pitcher and fill with water. Ice will make it colder, but you’ll still need to refrigerate overnight.
~The fruit can be reused twice. Meaning, this first time, and then you can refill the pitcher again a second time before having to replace the fruit.
~You should drink about ONE gallon of this a day, so making it this way, would be enough for two days.
~I know you’re ALL going to ask a couple of questions so here are the answers, NO, you cannot replace or leave out the grapefruit. It is used to help loosen the fat cells to flush them from the system. YES, you can replace the tangerines with oranges if tangerines aren’t in season. YES, peppermint is the same as mint leaves.
~Drink up! Try it for ten days and see your results!!!
