~SIMMERED SHRIMP & VEGGIES~

~SIMMERED SHRIMP & VEGGIES~
4-6 oz. pre-cooked frozen shrimp
2 cups frozen stir fry vegetables
1 pad butter
In a medium fry pan melt butter to coat pan.
Add shrimp and veggies.
Simmer with lid on over medium heat for 20 minutes or until all is warmed through and veggies are tender.
Season to taste with whatever you like, ie. soy sauce, salt and pepper, etc.
Enjoy eating a quick healthy dish!
