Avocado Feta Dip


A delicious avocado & feta dip that is perfect for a weeknight snack or your next weekend get together with family & friends.

Avocado Feta Dip

Serves 12

A creamy avocado dip that is perfect for a weeknight snack or this weekends get together.

Prep Time - 10 min
Total Time - 20 min

Ingredients
3 avocados, pitted and inside flesh removed from peel
1 cup feta cheese, divided
1 small diced onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves torn off of the stems
Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
1.In the bowl of a food processor add in avocado's, 1/2 cup feta cheese, and all remaining ingredients
2.Mix until all ingredients are smooth
3.Remove from food processor and place into bowl
4.Sprinkle remaining feta cheese over the top of the dip and serve
5.ENJOY!
6.**If not serving immediately cover with plastic wrap, making sure to press the plastic wrap tightly to the surface of the dip and store in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours
