We often mistake boredom for hunger and have made eating a habit not a way to keep from dying of starvation. I lived most my life to eat.... when we realize we need to eat to live instead or the other way around and are mindful of all we put into our bodies, then we can begin to live healthier and better. We just have to know the difference between real hunger and just boredom hunger. Until this happens no diet, no work out plan or no diet supplement will work for us.
It is up to each of us to feel worthy of all the work and willpower that is needed to FIX THIS!!!!

Which makes you feel better about yourself??? The temporary taste of cookies or the long term feeling of health???
I do not want to be fat....
I do not want to be looked at and seen as a giant blob!
