~ Smooth Ham Spread ~

Ingredients: 1 lb baked ham left-overs 2 hard-boiled eggs 3 stalks of celery 3 tbs. Yellow mustard Pepper to taste Sea salt to taste 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce 4 tbs. Minced onions or ½ onion 4 tbs. Sweet relish 1c. Mayo (my family prefers Dukes)

****** This made about 2 lbs. of ham spread. Two days earlier I had made a baked ham with apple juice and brown sugar injection. I used the left-over ham , after family had made sandwiches for the spread. Great thing about it, it can be frozen and taken out when there is a picnic this summer.

1) Start boiling the eggs. 2) Dice up the ham. 3) Clean stalks of celery and dice them. 4) Once eggs are done start placing items in a food processor and mix together until a smooth paste. OR do like which we did because we do not have a food processor. Place mayo at bottom of blender. Then add remainder of ingredients. Slowly mix and stop to scrape sides. 5) Once mixture has arrived at a paste consistency, it is done and ready for crackers or chips as a dip!
