1 small chicken breast
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 courgette
1 small carrot
few broccoli florets
handful curly cabbage
Greek Yogurt
30g garlic & herb light Philadelphia
1 tsp Chinese 5 spices
crushed chillies (depending how hot you like it)
1 tbs coconut oil
Shallow fry all ingredients in coconut oil 5-10 minutes depending how well you like your veg cooked!
