THIS IS HEATHER'S STORY !!!!!!!


My name Is Heather, I'm 32. I use to weight 378 pounds. Almost 400!. I have lost 235 pounds!!.. It has not been easy.. But when I looked in the mirror, I was not happy with what I saw.. I couldn't climb the stairs without being out of breath. I couldn't fit into the clothes I liked.. I was always getting sick, my legs, back, feet hurt... I was so miserable.... I couldn't keep going on like that.. I was going to die... & I knew that my son needed me...

I started slow.. I started using Leslie Sansone DVD's for my workout.. I started with the 15 minute walk.. which is the 1 mile.. then I went to the 2 mile, then the 3 mile up to the 5 mile.. I had gained confidence.. self esteem, and I could feel myself getting healthier, happier, more fit...

In October 2010 I had a rough time. My mother passed away... was unexpected and it tore me to pieces .. i regained weight.. 100 pounds... I was eating my problems and emotions away... in late 2011, I looked in the mirror, and I said, what am I doing!? my mother would not want this... I stopped eating bread, pasta, fast food, I stopped giving up on myself and I pushed myself.. in January 2012 I broke my ankle and was off my feet for a while... it healed and I'm back on my feet again. I am doing Leslie Sansone walk & jog 2.5 miles.. and then I am going to move up. I know I can do this.. I know you can do this.. you have to keep going... I know that some days that scale doesn't move, or you just want some ice cream or something, but truthfully you have to want to change. you have to be ready. you have to be able to SAY NO NO NO.. and you have to mean it...

I have lost 150, plus the 100 I gained back, and now 53 pounds since April 2012.. I do low carb, some people say it's not healthy etc.. But I got checked at the DR'S few months ago, all of my test were better then they ever been. I gave up breads, pasta, and all that junk food.....

If you look at my before pictures, I was unhappy, I was sad, i felt dead inside.. Now I have a smile on my face.. I believe in myself.... I am happy, confident, and I have so much self esteem.. Its going to be hard, but I promise it will be worth it... I went from wearing a 32 pants to a 12/14 ... My waist was 60 inches. it's now 33 inches... I have lost the weight.. and I believe in every single one of ya'll.. You can do this.. I know you can...

After I get my endurance back up, I plan on trying a few work out plans...
1.) Leslie Sansone 5 Miles
2) Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred
3) Turbo Fire
4.) Brazilian butt lift
5.) Zumba

That is my plan .. I have around 40-50 more pounds to my goal weight which is around 125-130...
