Detox Elixir Recipe

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/3 cup of fresh parsley
  • 3 oz red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup dandelion greens
  • 1/2 oz ginger, peeled
  • 1 oz lemon, with peel
  • 2 oz beet
  • 2 oz hot pepper
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
  1. Put all ingredients into the Mix.
  2. Run the machine on speed for 15 seconds, and then on high for another 15 seconds.
  3. Taste and then add any needed, water, ice and sweetener to taste and run on high again.
  4. Make it pretty thin, as it will thicken quickly because of the fiber.
  5. If you have leftover, you can use it up to half an hour later by refreshing it with cold ice and a little water.
  6. Makes 2 10-oz. servings.
Bonus: add a sprig of fresh herbs, such as thyme, tarragon or basil
Add Stevia (it’s debittered and tastes great)
