I haven't updated in a while so I wanted to do a personal testimony. I started taking Skinny Fiber in July of 2013 and then I weighed 228lbs and my total body measurements were 228.50 inches. I took the 90 day challenge and ended at 219 lbs and my total body measurements at that time were 222.50 inches. I had my husband try it as I heard all the benefits people had with migraine relief and I could only afford one bottle a month so I stopped for a while. He had some benefits with the product while he took it and he even lost some inches and was fitting back into clothes he hadn't fit in a while.
Well in February I ordered bulk so I could start taking it again too as I gained a little over Christmas..... Totally my fault from over indulging lol, but that was gone within a few weeks and I was back to my end weight from the end of my 90 day challenge. My starting weight in February for my second 90 day challenge was 219lbs and 222.50 inches in body measurements. I am only 73 days into my second challenge and I am 216lbs and my total body measurements is down to 213.25 inches!!!! I have not exercised this whole challenge as I tore my meniscus back in the end of February. I am so happy even though I have only lost 3 pound, I have lost 9.25 inches!! So excited!!! I have not been eating the best either and have started back on a better eating plan as of last week so I am confident that the weight will start to come off again and this will still be without exercise as my meniscus is still torn.....
When it comes to any healthy lifestyle changes you make, make sure to not blow it on the weekends! That is where I made my mistakes. Ate healthy all week and the weekends were not healthy at all.That will hold you back no matter what supplements you take or how much you workout. You need to commit to your healthy choices! I am so thankful for my Skinny Fiber!!! If you haven't tried it yet, you really should.
