Normally I would NOT post pictures of my carpet. I think white carpet should be against the law, especially when you have animals AND teenagers on a farm! But, I saw this and decided to give it a shot. Mind you, we spent ALL day cleaning carpets with our Hoover Shampooer and this was left over from all of that work! NOT happy!
So, here is what I did. Hammer is there for a guide. I did not move it at all.
Mix up equal amounts of Dawn ORIGINAL dish soap (MUST be Dawn Original!) and 3% Hydrogen Peroxide. I put mine in a spray bottle. Spray the stain that has been mocking you depite all your attempts (in vain) to eradicate it! I waited maybe 2 minutes. I worked it in to the stain slightly with a towel. Waited another 2-3 minutes (I am HIGHLY impatient!) and then I poured HOT water over it and rubbed it with a towel to get the soap up.
Can you believe it? I am ecstatic! Excuse me now while I go mix up a 5 gallon bucket to clean my carpet, again~I'm going to try it on stubborn laundry stains as well!
