How to use Skinny Fiber Correctly!

Lots of you have ordered and also joined my 90 Day Challenge group. For anyone taking Skinny Fiber, this is what you MUST do!
How to Use Skinny Fiber!
When you start Skinny Fiber, weigh yourself ONE TIME. Do your measurements and write them down somewhere. Take a before photo from the front and one from the side wearing tight fitting clothing. (VERY IMPORTANT!) DO NOT WEIGH FOR TWO WEEKS!
Normal dosage is 2 capsules twice a day 30-60 minutes before your two biggest meals with a FULL bottle of water. (Other dosages are optional. You can split your dosage to one for breakfast, one for lunch, two for dinner… OR Two, three times a day, or three, three times a day… it all depends on YOUR body. There is no set way to take them)
Drink AT LEAST 64 ounces of water a day, it can be flavored with sliced fruit. Cucumbers, lemons, limes, and oranges with a few mint leaves is best.
No soda, no pop, no diet pop, no juice… WATER ONLY, all day long.
Make SURE you eat within the 30-60 minutes of taking the Skinny Fiber. Period.
Take your capsules Every. Single. Day. No excuses!!!!
You CAN snack in between meals if you feel hungry, but if it’s going to be chips, chocolate, or candy, just forget about losing weight. Make it healthy!!! An apple, banana, small salad… anything fresh!!!
You MUST follow these simple rules in order to lose weight and inches. If you email me and tell me you aren’t losing, or you’re starving, I am going to email this to you!!
Print them out, write them down, whatever you have to do, just memorize these!!
