Parmesan Dusted Cauliflower! Yummy!!


A new and super delicious way to get some cauliflower onto your plate (This recipe has been tested by 2 cauliflower haters and they both loved this version of cauliflower)

Parmesan Dusted Cauliflower

Serves 4

A new and delicious way to get your veggies

Prep Time - 10 min
Cook Time - 40 min
Total Time - 50 min

Ingredients
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
4 garlic cloves, peeled & smashed
2 tsp dried basil (or thyme)
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 425
2.Prepare a large rimmed baking sheet with foil
3.In a bowl toss florets with olive oil, garlic, basil & pepper
4.Lay onto baking sheet in a single layer
5.Roast for 20 minutes, tossing once
6.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, toss to combine and roast for an additional 20 minutes until florets start to brown and are tender
7.Serve & Enjoy!
