Oven Roasted Herb Potatoes
Serves 8
A delicious and very easy take on potatoes
Prep Time - 15 min
Cook Time - 40 min
Total Time - 1 hr
Ingredients
3 lbs potatoes
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 425
2.Line a large rimmed baking sheet with several layers of foil, trust me you will think me for all the foil an spray with nonstick spray
3.Wash and pat dry potatoes
4.Slice potatoes into thin disks, about 1/8 inch thick, or into wedges
5.Lay in a single layer on the baking dish and spray with olive oil spray
6.Sprinkle potatoes with all the seasonings equally
7.Roast in oven for 20 minutes and then flip the potatoes and roast for another 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender
8.Remove from oven and serve immediately!!
