Six Vegetable Juice


Six Vegetable Juice

5lbs tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup green peppers
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 med onion
1tbs salt
1 or 2 hot peppers

Chunk vegetables in pan add all ingredients. Cook 30 minutes or until veggies are tender. Stir often. Put thru food mill. Makes 2 quarts.
