Home Made Sports Drink

Tired of the added sugars, inflated cost and pesky preservatives in your sports drink? Check out this recipe — and reward yourself with a better drink!


Home Made Sports Drink 

1/4 Cup HOT water
3 3/4 Cups COLD water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
2 Tbsp. Lemon

Dissolve salt in HOT water. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well and refrigerate until needed! SIMPLE!
