Mini Parfait Martini's

Another little treat perfect for a party, baby shower, breakfast or an afternoon treat.


Mini Parfait Martini's
Serves 12

A perfect little treat full of sweet, tart, creamy and crunchy all on one bite. This would also be a great breakfast or afternoon snack.

Prep Time - 10 min
Total Time - 15 min

Ingredients
1 pint blackberries, washed & dried
1 pint blueberries, washed & dried
1 pint raspberries, washed & dried
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup Organic Honey Almond Granola (or your favorite blend)

Instructions
1.In your martini glass, or whatever dish you prefer, place a combo of your berries. We did blackberries on the bottom and then the smaller berries on top
2.Top berries with just over 1 tablespoon of yogurt
3.Sprinkle some granola on top
4.ALL DONE!!
5.Keep chilled until ready to serve
