I absolutely love anything Tuna! I don't know why but it just tastes good. I am going to try this yummy sounding Tuna salad and I will let you all know how it turns out!
Mexican tuna salad
Ingredients
1/2 tomato diced
1/2 green bell pepper diced
1/2 white onion diced
1 can if sweet corn drained
2 cans of albacore tuna drained
1 tbsp of lime juice
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients together and put in the fridge to chill for at least 30 mins. Serve on wheat crackers. Yum and healthy!
